Pizza

Sometimes pizza just sounds good!  Are you with me?!  The last pizza I made was extremely time consuming, so I was looking for a quicker alternative.  Although this almond flour crust does not have all the nutrients of the eggplant one, it was SO simple and quick!  We even splurged and had a small amount of grass-fed cheddar cheese on our pizza AND some pepperoni's (with nitrates ;-)  It appeared kinda small, but it actually fed and satisfied the kids and I.  I couldn't believe it!



Crust:
2 cups almond meal
2 eggs
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tbsp fresh rosemary chopped (instead of this I added 1 TBSP of Italian seasoning.  I'm not a huge fan of lots of rosemary)
