The workout was simple, yet I felt it! (in fact, my fingers are still numb from the frigid air! haha)1. walk up and down the long driveway 1x, run 2x's, walk 1x. (This took 3.5 minutes. Couldn't go far from home since it was nap time and E had a friend over)
2. go inside, rest 1 minute
3. 10 squats
4. rest 1 minute
5. 10 push ups (9 &10 were a struggle)
6. rest 1 minute
7. 10 dumbbell presses
8. rest 1 minute
9. back outside, repeat step 1. burrrr.
