Lunch is still the hardest meal for me to come up with. There usually aren't leftovers, and I don't exactly want to cook another big meal since I'm already cooking breakfast and dinner everyday! The kids are content and easy to please (thank God!) Today, and most days, lunch looks something like this: Cheese (I try giving them grain fed, but the complain because it's not orange. haha), Boars Head Tavern Ham (no sugar coating), watermelon, raisins, apples w/ crunch, banana (not pictured).
