24 weeks

We're still getting along here with this pregnancy. My calendar yesterday said that the babies are about 11.8 inches each and about 1 lb. 5 oz. Definitely growing. Today, it said that babies are most active between 24-28 weeks. I find this slightly disturbing since they are already moving so much it's painful!!! It seems like one of them is moving all day long. Yesterday they went on and on for hours just bouncing all over the place. After a while it started to make me feel nauseous. I have such mixed emotions because I love knowing that they are moving, healthy, and growing...but I sure wouldn't mind if they settled down sometimes :-)

We got to meet with our doula last week and it was really nice. (Thanks Stephanie!) She has a lot of good nutrition advice and it's good to have someone to be accountable to about this since it's the hardest part for me. I've been doing great with drinking 3-4 qts. of water a day (4 qts=1 GALLON!) She even has a special Healthy Momma Tea that I drink everyday and it's great! Another thing is drinking 1 TBSP of Chlorophyll everday, and it's really not bad either. My struggle is with eating 100 g's of protein a day. But, I'm trying my best. We got these drink mixes of fruits/veggies and another of vitamins and some protein. I was drinking one of each everyday until I puked it all up the other day! Guess it didn't settle quite right. so...I'll work back into that. You know, once something comes up--it takes a while to actually "want" it again.

I think that's about all that's going on for now. (I'm just getting kicked in my gut as I type). OH--one more thing, my pelvis was getting SO much better. I was actually walking around outside while Elliot rode her bike one day. It was great. Then, she decided to ride her bike down the neighbors driveway which is quite a decline. I went running after her before she got into the road and that was a mistake. Ever since I feel like the pelvis is ripping in 2 again. oh well, better than my daughter getting run over by a car (even though there wasn't one coming. haha)

I'm off to order a hypnobirthing twins MP3. One's a hypnosis track and the other some kind of affirmations thing. I'm not sure what I'm getting into here--but I figure it's worth a shot and $15. I'll give you a little review the next time I update. :-)

Hope you are all doing well and have a wonderful Thanksgiving next week!!

Here are pic's of me from Today (LEFT: 24 weeks) and pregnant with Elliot (ABOVE: 32 WEEKS!) Oh my goodness, I think I'm as big now as I was 8 weeks from now with her! SCARY!
